Food Review : Yuzu Japanese Restaurant at Johor Bahru | . What you will aspect about Japanese food? To me, i will imagine sushi. It's true right? Otherwise, there are many variety of food that we will love to eat again and again.
At Yuzu Japanese Restaurant, you can try so many dishes that you could not imagine. This is my first time eating at Yuzu Japanese Restaurant. The decoration and environment so nice and comfortable especially for those come with family.
The new dishes at Yuzu Japanese Restaurant and highly recommended, Soft Shell Crab. You can choose the menu you like. It come with 4 variety dishes.

What is soft shell crab?

Soft-shell crab is a culinary term for crabs that have recently molted their old exoskeletonand are still soft. Soft-shells are removed from the water as soon as they molt to prevent any hardening of their shell. This means that almost the entire animal can be eaten, rather than having to shell the animal to reach the meat. The exceptions are the mouthparts, thegills and the abdomen, which, though edible, are sometimes discarded ("cleaned"). The remaining, edible part of the crab is typically deep fried or sautéed.
